Key Ingredients

Innovation! Liposomal Magnesium
The magnesium in Mag® Boost is enclosed in a liposome. The liposome is a small lipid structure that is naturally absorbed throughout the length of the intestine. Liposomal magnesium is therefore better and more rapidly absorbed by the body, where it is most needed, eliminating any risk of side effects on transit (intestinal spasms, diarrhea).
Interaction between Magnesium and Vitamin D
The choice to add vitamin D to the Mag® Boost formula, specifically positioned on magnesium, was not random. Indeed, there is a real interest in combining vitamin D and magnesium to benefit from a real synergy of action:
Vitamin D improves intestinal absorption of magnesium.
Lack of magnesium intake affects vitamin D levels.
Vitamin D is magnesium-dependent. The effectiveness of vitamin D is correlated with sufficient serum (blood serum) levels of magnesium.

Mag® Boost, Dosage
Respect an initiation phase that allows to fill magnesium and vitamin D deficiencies: take 1 tablet or one orodispersible sachet, three times a day, morning, noon, and evening, for a minimum of 10 days or more according to needs. Then, adopt a maintenance approach: take one to two tablets or orodispersible sachets of Mag® Boost every day, modulating the intake according to the situation (more or less busy day, stress, physical activity, etc.).
